Description and construction
DEOMED® Bamboo Silver medical socks are non-compression, seamless and highly elastic, with antibacterial and antifungal properties.
They are made of delicate yet durable natural bamboo viscose yarn that supports effective foot ventilation and moisture absorption for all-day comfort.
The special cuff construction ensures the socks do not constrict while staying in place on the leg.
Silver ions, enhanced by the Sanitized® finish, provide effective antibacterial and antifungal action, offering reliable protection against infections.
The addition of polyamide and elastane makes the socks flexible and well-fitted without causing excessive pressure.
Composition
Bamboo viscose 72%. Polyamide with silver ions 25%. Elastane 3%.
Sanitized® finish. Active Biocidal Substances: Zinc Pyrithione, Silver Phosphate Glass.
Indications
diabetes (diabetic foot prevention), leg oedema, arterial or venous insufficiency in legs, recurring fungal infections of the feet, skin inflammation, excessive sweating of the feet, obesity.
Contraindications
Do not put on open wounds. Do not use sizes inconsistent with the range on the packaging. Do not use if there are any medical contraindications.
