Description and construction
Medic Cotton Silver non-compression socks are comfortable terry socks made from natural cotton yarn with silver ions.
The special cuff construction and elastane throughout ensure perfect non-compression fit and maximum elasticity - no restriction of blood flow and comfort even for swollen legs.
Thanks to silver-ion yarn enhanced by the Sanitized® antibacterial and antifungal finish, the socks inhibit microbial growth and help prevent unpleasant odour during use. Areas of the foot exposed to abrasion and injury are protected by soft three-layer terry fabric. An elastic band across the mid-foot prevents the sock from shifting on the leg.
The socks are excellent for physical activity. They are made from pure, high-quality natural cotton yarn.
Composition
Cotton 80%. Polyamide with silver ions 17%. Elastane 3%.
Sanitized® finish. Active Biocidal Substances: Zinc Pyrithione, Silver Phosphate Glass.
Indications
diabetes (diabetic foot prevention), leg oedema, arterial or venous insufficiency in legs, recurring fungal infections of the feet, skin inflammation, excessive sweating of the feet, obesity.
Contraindications
Do not put on open wounds. Do not use sizes inconsistent with the range on the packaging. Do not use if there are any medical contraindications.
